Berkeley School District #87

Berkeley School District 87 was founded in 1848 with one school building serving a rural settlement. Today four elementary schools, two middle schools and an administration center serve six suburban communities of District 87.  The District is also home of commercial properties, serving a diverse population of approximately 2,500 students.  Their mission is to serve as a partner in developing and empowering lifelong learners to celebrate diversity, embrace risk-taking, and become leaders in their global community. 

Hillside School District #93

Hillside School District 93 serves the needs of children in grades K through 8 and others as required by the State. Their mission is to provide each child with a comprehensive educational program, to create and foster an environment which maximizes student learning, and to prepare those children to participate meaningfully in culturally diverse democratic society as literate, capable, problem-solving, creative, lifelong learners. Currently, the District serves 435 students (2020).

Proviso High School District #209

Proviso Township High School District consists of three public high schools, and draws students from 10 feeder communities. As of the 2020 school year, the three district high schools served over 4,200 students.

Proviso West is located in Hillside and was founded in 1958 to accommodate the burgeoning population within the Township. The school serves seven Villages: Bellwood, Berkeley, Broadview, Hillside, Northlake, Stone Park, and Westchester.
 
Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy is a magnet high school in Forest Park, Illinois, United States. It is one of the newest schools in the Proviso Township High Schools District 209.  In 2016 Chicago Magazine named PMSA Top High School in Suburban Cook County.


Triton Community College District #504

Founded in 1964, Triton College, a comprehensive public community college, is located in western Cook County and serves the near western suburbs of Chicago. Triton is one of more than 48 community colleges in the State of Illinois. It operates under the direction of the Illinois Community College Board, with accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission of North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Triton's affordable tuition and open admission policy have greatly expanded the accessibility of post-secondary education to residents of the district. Currently, Triton College serves over 17,000 students during the fall and spring semesters with more than 130 degree and certificate programs.
